At the first minister’s meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney in Saskatchewan on Monday, Quebec Premier François Legault said he’s willing to listen to proposals about a new pipeline through the province. Legault once described Alberta oil sands as “dirty energy.” However, with Canada’s economy being threatened by The Americans, things are changing.
